What's the distance that the TOWNEW T1 & T3 sensor can detect?

TOWNEW T1 & T3 infrared sensor is set at a certain angle so that the lid would not be opened by accident when someone is passing by near it. When your motion is directly above the sensor, it can detect motion within 35 cm (about 13 inches). But, if your motion is at the edge of the sensor range, the sensor may detect motion at a distance less than 35cm (about 13 inches).
